How exclusions work
The generator creates a random assignment where nobody is assigned to themselves, and none of your listed exclusion pairs are matched to each other in either direction. This runs entirely in your browser, so no one's assignment is sent anywhere — only the person who clicks a card sees their result.
What if it can't find a valid assignment?
With a lot of exclusions relative to group size, a valid arrangement may not exist. Try reducing exclusions or click generate again to reshuffle.
