How teams are balanced
Names are shuffled completely at random, then dealt out one at a time across your chosen number of teams — so team sizes stay as even as possible (never more than one person's difference between the biggest and smallest team).
What if my list doesn't divide evenly?
Some teams will simply get one extra person. For example, 9 people into 2 teams gives one team of 5 and one team of 4.
